Christmas Day Lunch 2012
- Maria Kyovska (St Laurence) is Cook / Kitchen Coordinator
- Katie Packett (St Peter’s) is the Coordinator for this year’s event.
Katie is seeking a representative from each church to help her with the organisation as soon as possible.
As usual the dinner will be provided at no cost to the guests, although there will be a voluntary collection for a local charity (yet to be decided). The aim of this dinner remains the same as previous years to provide those who would be lonely and isolated this christmas with a hot dinner and some company. It is to be held in the Methodist church hall and transport can be arranged for those requiring it.
Plans are starting to fall into place, however we are short of volunteers to help on the day, as it stands we need:
- Drivers to collect guests and to return them home afterwards
- Table hosts to look after the guests
- A few people to help tidy up afterwards

Monetary Donations
To ensure this remains to be provided at no cost to our guests we also need financial donations. Any monetary donations (preferably in cheque form, cheques made payable to PACT) should be sent to:

Anyone wishing to be on the committee are invited to a meeting to be held at St Peters church at 1:30 pm on Monday 26 November.
Morning meetings of representatives will be held on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays - the day selected will be confirmed.
