Walk of Witness: Good Friday 2011 |
Click here to see Easter Services 2014 |
In stark contrast to the Walk of Witness in 2010 this year's walk was blessed by warm sunshine and blue skies. The service was led by the chair of PACT, John Callaghan with music provided by The Salvation Army; Jonathan Thompson and other musicians from St Mary Magdalen played after the service. The walkers stopped twice for readings of the Passion story, once in Lavant Strret and again in Rams Walk. Read the Friday Focus written by Rev'd Peter Barnett which was published in the Petersfield Herald on 29 April 2011. |
