Remembrance Service in the Square, Sunday 13 November 2016

The Remembrance Service was led by the Rev'd Canon Will Hughes, the vicar of St Peters. We were blessed with a sunny autumn day with the sun shining throughout the morning.

Representing the younger generation were members of Petersfield Air Training Corps, Churcher's Combined Cadet Force, Scouts, Guides, Cubs, Brownies, Beavers and Rainbows. Also taking part were the members of The Salvation Army and British Legion veterans.

Music was provided by students of Churcher's College and The Petersfield Salvation Army Band.

As always the Square and several surrounding roads were closed to traffic, with members of the Town Chaplaincy team manning road closures
